Two ways to connect

In Settings → Messaging Channels → WhatsApp Ordering Bot, Kudita offers:

  • Official WhatsApp Business API (recommended) — sign in with Meta; no QR scan. Full Meta connect guide →
  • QR code link (alternative) — scan a QR code from your phone like WhatsApp Web; faster to try but unofficial.

Only one method can be active per store at a time.

Quick start — Official API

  1. Subscribe to a plan that includes WhatsApp if required.
  2. Open Settings → Messaging Channels.
  3. Click Connect with Meta under Official WhatsApp Business API.
  4. Follow the Meta sign-in flow and select your business phone number.

Quick start — QR code

  1. Open Settings → Messaging Channels.
  2. Under QR code link, click Connect with QR code.
  3. Scan the QR from WhatsApp on your phone (Android or iPhone steps shown on screen).
  4. Keep the browser tab open until connected.
