How Kudita alerts you

  • Email — order confirmation to the customer and a copy to you (store owner) for every order.
  • Push / in-app — enable in Settings → Notifications on web; allow push on the Kudita Vendor mobile app.
  • Telegram (optional) — enable New order notification (Telegram) in Settings → Messaging Channels → Telegram. See Connect Telegram.

WhatsApp

Kudita does not send new-order notifications to WhatsApp. WhatsApp is for live support and the AI shopping bot — not vendor order alerts.

Telegram alerts are in addition to email; they do not replace email.
