Two types of charges

  • Subscription — your monthly/quarterly/yearly Kudita plan (see Plans).
  • Transaction fees — platform commission and a processing surcharge on paid orders above a threshold.

Who pays transaction fees?

During onboarding or under Payment settings, choose:

  • Vendor pays all — fees deducted from your payout.
  • Buyer pays all — fees added at checkout.
  • Split 50/50 — shared between you and the customer.

Transparency

Checkout shows the final amount clearly so customers know what they pay.
