On supported plans, invite staff under Settings → Staff / Roles. Assign permissions so teammates only see what they need — for example orders, products, or settings.

Useful settings-related permissions include:

  • Manage Settings — open General Settings
  • Manage Google Analytics — view and save the Google Analytics Measurement ID
  • Manage Product Feeds — copy or download Meta/Google product feeds
  • Manage Product Sales Pages — create and edit Product Landing Pages

Owners have these permissions by default. Grant them to staff roles only when that person should manage those features.
