Set Up Product Variants (Size, Color, etc.)

For items with options (e.g. Small/Medium/Large):

1. When editing a product, open the Variants section.
2. Add option names (Size, Color) and values.
3. Set price and stock per variant combination.
4. Save — customers pick options on the product page.
