1. Go to Products → Coupons.
  2. Create a coupon code with discount type (percentage or fixed amount).
  3. Set optional expiry date and usage limits.
  4. Share the code with customers — they enter it at checkout.

What coupons discount

Coupons apply to product, service, or digital line subtotals only. They do not reduce shipping, transaction fees, or escrow amounts.
