Fulfillment workflow

  1. Open Orders and tap a new order for details.
  2. Confirm payment status (Paid, Pending, COD).
  3. Update status: Processing → Shipped → Delivered.
  4. Print invoice or packing slip if needed.
  5. Customer receives status updates on the ecommerce website where enabled.
