Overview

Gofernets is Kudita's delivery & dispatch partner. When an order is paid, you can request a rider straight from Kudita — Gofernets posts the job to nearby riders, a rider accepts and picks up the package, and you follow the delivery to your customer's doorstep. It works from both the web dashboard and the Kudita Vendor app.

Good to know

You set the delivery budget and Kudita suggests a recommended fee based on the distance. Riders can accept your budget or send an offer, so pricing stays fair for both sides. Riders never see more than your posted budget.

Before you start — checklist

  • Your store has a complete pickup address (set in Store Settings) so riders know where to collect from.
  • The order has a valid delivery address — include a landmark, area, and state for accurate matching (for example, "near Shoprite, Ikeja, Lagos").
  • The order is paid / approved. Delivery is requested after checkout.

Step 1 — Open the order

  1. Go to Orders in your dashboard (or the Orders tab in the Vendor app).
  2. Open the paid order you want to deliver.
  3. Find the Delivery / Gofernets section on the order screen.

Step 2 — Request a rider

  1. Tap Request delivery (or Request riders).
  2. Confirm the pickup and delivery addresses. Kudita pre-fills these from your store and the order.
  3. Review the recommended fee. You can adjust the budget, but you cannot go more than a small margin below the recommended price — this keeps offers attractive to riders.
  4. Submit the request. Your job is now live to nearby Gofernets riders.

Tip

If a rider hasn't accepted after a while, you can cancel and re-post, or raise the budget slightly to attract a rider faster.

Step 3 — Rider accepts & picks up

  • A nearby rider accepts the job (or sends an offer for you to approve).
  • Once accepted, you'll see the rider's name and contact on the order.
  • The rider heads to your pickup address to collect the package.

Step 4 — Track to delivery

  • Follow the delivery status on the order — accepted → picked up → delivered.
  • Your customer receives their order at the delivery address.
  • The order and its delivery stay linked in one place for your records.

Pricing & fees

  • You set the budget. Kudita suggests a recommended delivery fee based on distance.
  • Minimum budget. To keep jobs attractive, your budget can't be set far below the recommended price.
  • Rider view. Riders see the delivery budget you posted and can accept or negotiate up to that amount.

Troubleshooting

  • "Could not confirm delivery state" — the delivery address was too vague. Add a landmark, area, and state (for example, "beside GTBank, Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo").
  • No rider accepted — cancel and re-post, or increase the budget slightly.
  • Delivery status looks stuck — pull to refresh (app) or reload the order (web); status syncs from Gofernets.
