Creator Store product types

On a Creator Store, each product has a type that controls fulfillment:

  • Download — ebooks, templates, presets, music (upload file or external link).
  • Course — hosted lessons with progress tracking, resume, and optional PDF certificates.
  • Stream — watch-only video or audio online.
  • Ticket — venue or online events with confirmation or QR/PDF delivery.
  • Community access — Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other group invite link (not recurring membership billing).
  • Gated access — private page, tool, or license key after payment.
  • E-meeting — scheduled Zoom, Meet, or Teams session.

Setup steps

  1. Products → Add Product on your Creator Store.
  2. Choose the product type and set price, images, and description.
  3. Configure fulfillment (upload file, host lessons, or paste external URL). Kudita blocks publish until fulfillment is ready.
  4. Optional: use Generate with Ayor on the product form to draft copy.
  5. Publish — buyers use Buy now → Pay → Access (instant checkout, no shipping). Access appears on the order page and by email.

Courses & certificates

Learners can mark lessons complete, resume where they left off, and download a PDF certificate when all lessons are finished (if you enable certificates on the course).

Abandoned checkout recovery

Enable cart abandonment emails in store settings (plan permitting). When a buyer enters their email at checkout but does not pay, Kudita saves the session and can send a recovery link — including on Creator Store (theme8) checkouts.
